    * Hemfosa Fastigheter and Sagax'  SAGAa.ST  joint venture (JV) Söderport Properties AB, 
invests and renews leases 
    * JV to renovate sections of Volvo Cars' office and business premises in Torslanda 
    * Leases have been renewed until 2025 and 2028, respectively 
    * Future rental value amounts to 770 million Swedish crowns  ($90.06 million)  
    * Söderport is expected to invest 110 million crowns in premises
